Job Summary
Advisor 1, Car Care Customer Service & Sales greets customers, answers calls, and schedules appointments, while guiding repairs with customers to ensure understanding of services performed. Coordinates with shop technicians, notes approvals and costs, and distributes work to technicians. Arranges repairs and payment for vehicles under extended warranty programs, and coordinates towing or alternative transportation as needed. Monitors inspection dates and reminds customers of required maintenance intervals, communicating clearly about service timelines. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, automotive knowledge, and the ability to explain technical information to customers and the team. The role offers a starting hourly base of $23.65 with uncapped monthly performance bonuses and additional incentives; full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, parental leave, 401k with company match, volunteer days, and other benefits. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in the USA
