Job Summary
Advisor 1, Car Care Customer Service & Sales at AAA Club Alliance; serve as a trusted liaison coordinating customer service with technicians, greet customers, schedule appointments, review repairs with customers, communicate costs and timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include distributing work to shop technicians, providing information to technicians and customers, arranging for repairs and payments on extended warranty programs, coordinating towing or rental transportation when needed, monitoring inspection dates, and advising customers on required maintenance intervals. Strong communication, attention to detail, automotive knowledge, and ability to guide customers through the repair process are essential. ASE certification is a plus; valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.
