Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and schedule appointments in a prompt and courteous manner. Review repairs and services with customers to ensure complete understanding of work performed. Contact customers regarding cost or time deviations and note all repair/service order approvals. Distribute work to shop technicians while monitoring job progress and accuracy. Arrange repairs, towing, and alternate transportation in accordance with Total Repair Care standards. Monitor inspection dates to ensure timely completion and notify customers of manufacturer-recommended service intervals. This role is based at the Cincinnati, OH location and includes uncapped monthly performance bonuses, spiffs, and contests. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Three years relevant experience in a fast paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record
- Knowledge of automotive technology
- Ability to communicate same information to the support team, customers and Auto Technicians
- Ability to complete required Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening) if offered the position
