Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and schedule appointments in a prompt and courteous manner. Review repairs and services with customers to ensure complete understanding, contact them regarding estimate deviations, and note approval names and times for all repair orders. Distribute work to shop technicians while monitoring progress and accuracy, supply information as needed, and arrange repairs, payment, towing, or alternate transportation per Total Repair Care standards. Monitor inspection dates to ensure timely completion and notify customers of manufacturer-recommended service intervals and state requirements. This role serves as the key connection between customers and in-shop technicians at AAA Club Alliance in Glen Burnie, MD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to complete required Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Three years relevant experience in a fast paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record
- Knowledge of automotive technology
- Ability to communicate automotive technology information to the support team, customers and Auto Technicians
Desired Qualifications
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Service Advisor Certification
