Job Summary
Ensure vendors perform repairs at agreed pricing and validate parts costs and labor times against company policies. Review a wide range of vehicle repair requests, guarantee adherence to safety standards, and efficiently drive down vendor cycle time to minimize out-of-service days. Handle repair disputes with national account vendors and manage phone calls, emails, and chats regarding vehicles experiencing extensive downtime. Adhere to goal setting metrics for all job functions while working remotely from a desk in the Denver area.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 3 years of previous vehicle maintenance experience
- Minimum of 4 ASE certifications related to job scope
- Ability to work remote
- Ability to work REMOTE – Required to be located in the surrounding Denver area*
- Available to flexible schedule to support business needs that may require working weekends based on seniority shift bid
