Job Summary
Senior Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing drivability and electrical systems, mentoring a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date expertise through formal training. Role includes explaining diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical teammates, pursuing ASE certifications (three of A1–A8) within the first two years, and contributing to a high-performing service crew. Requires valid driver’s license, proficiency in brakes/hydraulics and/or steering & suspension/alignments, general automotive maintenance and tire repair skills, and applicable federal/state/local certifications. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times
- Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
- Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable
- ASE certification in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment
