Job Summary
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, provide detailed information about new and used Kia vehicles including features, benefits, and pricing, assist customers throughout the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance, build and maintain strong customer relationships for a positive buying experience, achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service, stay up-to-date on Kia models, promotions, and industry trends, and maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in automotive industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
