Job Summary
Automotive Salesperson at Buerkle Hyundai seeking self-starters to join our sales team. Sell NEW AND USED vehicles (including Honda at sister location next door) with an open floor. Average first-year compensation is $50-$100k+ with potential growth in subsequent years. Consistent weekly schedule. Must be team-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused with strong organizational and communication skills. Technology-literate (Microsoft Teams and various software). Prior auto sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Compensation includes bonus/incentives, benefits (medical/dental/vision/Life/Disability), 401k match, PTO, paid training, growth opportunities, and volunteer opportunities.
