Job Summary
Approach customers entering the dealership lot, listen to their needs, and demonstrate suitable inventory features. Provide knowledgeable information, explain paperwork and warranties, and close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing contracts. Cultivate buyer relationships by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and strong interpersonal skills to manage tasks independently. No prior experience is needed, as a comprehensive training program is provided for all new employees.
Required Qualifications
