Automotive Sales & Service Advisor

As a Sales & Service Advisor, you are the primary contact for customers, greeting them professionally and documenting their vehicle concerns. You will inspect vehicles, reference service history, identify service needs, and clearly communicate appropriate service recommendations and any additional recommendations from automotive technicians. You’ll provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates, keep customers updated on service progress, and handle the cashing-out process with warranty and inspection details. You’ll promote services, parts, and accessories, follow up post-service, and track returns and warranty parts for individual customers. This role emphasizes customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement.
