Job Summary
Provide customers a positive buying experience through high-quality, professional presentations and vehicle demonstrations. Prepare demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and supply customers with product performance and benefits. Build rapport with clients and maintain a Customer Satisfaction score below 95. Complete daily follow-ups with new and current customers while overcoming objections during the sales process. This role requires valid driver's license, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn dealership best practices quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Eager to learn dealership best practices
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out
- Valid Drivers licence
