Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial inquiry to final delivery, conduct needs assessments to tailor vehicle recommendations, demonstrate features and financing options, coordinate with finance and service teams for seamless delivery, and build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Responsibilities include testing/trial drives, presenting pricing, negotiating terms, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, programs, incentives, and competitors. Prior automotive sales strongly recommended; a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid driver's license are required, along with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed $4,000/month for the first 90 days, plus various bonuses and benefits including medical/dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
