Engage with customers to assess their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and provide detailed product knowledge. Negotiate pricing and financing options to help customers make informed decisions while maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics, conducting follow-up communications after sales.
