Job Summary
Automotive Sales Representative responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, presenting used vehicles, explaining vehicle history, features, reconditioning, and warranty options; prospecting and following up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads using CRM to maximize appointments and close rates; and working in a fast-paced, family-oriented sales environment. Compensation is commission-based with no cap; benefits include employer-subsidized medical/dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee pricing on parts, service, and vehicles. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass background and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
