Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot, helping them find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs. Provide clear, knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles, explain product features and available options, and build rapport to overcome objections and close deals confidently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, along with a high-energy attitude and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen are required. Required Qualifications
