Job Summary
Automotive Sales Consultant responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process across in-person and digital channels, delivering a best-in-class experience. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, presenting vehicles, conducting test drives, explaining features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services; negotiating pricing, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Also responsible for internet and digital sales activities: promptly responding to online inquiries, CRM follow-up, setting showroom appointments, and maintaining communication throughout the buying journey. Maintain expert-level knowledge of new Ford vehicles, pre-owned inventory, accessories, incentives, promotions, and financing programs; participate in ongoing training; build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
