Job Summary
Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals; maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory; prospect new business via referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases; sustain ongoing relationships with customers regarding purchases, new products and services, and potential referrals. In-house Training Team provides an initial three-week paid training program to support success. Strong emphasis on communication, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance to drive commission-based earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends and some holidays)
- Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of urgency
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
