Job Summary
Automotive Sales Professional responsible for greeting customers, guiding vehicle selection through open-ended questions, explaining product performance and dealership benefits, giving facility tours, and building long-term customer relationships. Must engage prospects, overcome objections, close sales, and follow dealership processes, while maintaining customer databases in CRM and achieving sales goals. Requires strong communication, customer service, and a professional appearance with the ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Prior automotive experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and proficiency with standard software. In-person position based in Dallas, TX.
