Job Summary
Maintain the sales lot by keeping parking available, arranging new and pre-owned inventory in organized lines, and assisting customers with valet parking. Lead lot operations without supervision while taking initiative to solve problems outside standard procedures. Work full-time shifts standing and walking in inclement weather, driving a manual transmission vehicle, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Requires a valid Washington driver's license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Earn $19.00–$21.00 per hour with medical, dental, vision, disability, and accident insurance. After 90 days, receive six paid holidays and a 401k match; full-time staff earn PTO accruals based on continuous service.
Required Qualifications
- Walk and stand for an entire shift in inclement weather, including extreme heat or cold
- Have a track record of consistent attendance
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle and park many types of vehicles sometimes in tight spaces
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to bend, twist, crouch and reach
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid WA Driver's License with a good driving record required
