Job Summary
Automotive Sales Professional with a Management Training Program focused on developing into a General Manager. Core responsibilities include client acquisition & lead generation, vehicle acquisition, finance management with direct lender interactions, inventory and payroll oversight, compliance via ESA, and recruitment/management of a team. Training and mentorship are provided to prepare you for dealership leadership, supported by Tier-1 leads and experienced trainers. Location-based emphasis is Tecumseh, Ontario with in-person settings; strong emphasis on driving sales performance, customer service, and cross-functional dealership operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations
- Ability to lead a team and manage payroll
- Familiarity with financing and lender relations
- Knowledge of ESA Compliance (Employment Standards Act)
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
- Inventory management capabilities
- Compliance with regulatory requirements in Ontario
