Job Summary
Automotive Sales Performance Coach & Trainer responsible for onboarding and foundational training for new sales associates, followed by ongoing coaching and development of sales teams and leadership. Leads monitoring and analysis of KPIs, partners with sales managers to identify opportunities and develop action plans, coaches teams on customer engagement, follow-up, CRM utilization, sales processes, and accountability. Conducts individual coaching, classroom training, and group workshops to improve customer communications and overall sales performance. Supports adoption of dealership technology platforms, develops future sales and management talent, and promotes continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and professional development across Tucson operations. Requires strong automotive retail experience, knowledge of One Point of Contact and traditional sales/F&I environments, CRM/DMS familiarity, and exceptional communication and coaching skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful automotive retail experience
