Job Summary
Lead Napleton Auto Park of Urbana's sales team to achieve targeted new and used vehicle sales and profit. Set vision and goals for the team, motivate and coach Sales Associates, manage inventory with the General Manager, negotiate options and pricing with customers, appraise trade-ins, analyze business Performance, and drive a high level of customer experience across the store.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in auto retail sales
- Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
