Job Summary
Lead daily sales operations and drive sales team performance; mentor, train, and motivate sales consultants; partner with Sales Management and F&I leadership to structure and close deals; manage customer follow-up and CRM activities (VinSolutions); support inventory presentation and merchandising; maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI performance; develop and grow leadership capabilities to advance toward dealership management; collaborate with management to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a high-energy, long-term career within Scranton Motors.
