Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-performing sales team while desk deals and assist with closing sales. Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction by training, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants. Maintain high ethical and customer service standards through close collaboration with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires Automotive Sales Manager experience or proven success as a top Sales Consultant, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
