Job Summary
Autmotive Sales Manager role leading the dealership's sales team to drive performance and revenue. Responsibilities include defining sales targets and strategies, monitoring performance metrics, recruiting and coaching the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with inventory, and collaborating with finance, marketing, and service to align sales objectives with business goals. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid in-state driver's license and auto insurance, strong communication skills, ownership of a sales quota, and US work authorization. Experience in automotive sales management and leadership is desired; benefits include PTO, medical/dental, 401(k), and employee discounts.
