Job Summary
Automotive Sales Manager responsible for promoting, training, and selling the dealership’s products and services through effective sales and training techniques and quality customer service in a negotiation-free sales environment. Manage and train sales associates, establish annual/monthly sales objectives, monitor performance, coach staff, oversee inventory acquisition, administer factory-sponsored programs, display and promote new/used vehicles, analyze market data to develop sales campaigns, coordinate cross-department liaison, control expenditures to meet budgets, follow established selling processes including manager fly-bys and presenting numbers to customers, appraise vehicles, maintain professional appearance, attend managers meetings, and perform other duties as assigned. Strong emphasis on mentoring staff, achieving sales targets, and delivering customer service excellence. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
