Job Summary
Automotive Sales Manager at CMA's Richmond dealerships leads the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, develops and implements sales strategies to drive revenue growth, monitors performance metrics and coaches the team, fosters a customer-focused culture, collaborates with finance and service to streamline the sales process, manages inventory levels, pricing, and promotions, recruits and retains top sales talent, and stays current on industry trends.
