Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants; desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience; drive accountability around lead management, appointments, follow-up, and CRM activity; partner with F&I and dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals; monitor key performance metrics and create action plans for improvement; assist with inventory management, appraisals, and merchandising strategies; foster a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and respect; recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Sales Manager experience
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
- Experience managing dealership KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and customer follow-up
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Competitive drive with a team-first mentality
