Job Summary
Lead a team of Sales Consultants by mentoring staff, coaching them on proven sales tactics, and helping them grow their book of business. Build rapport with customers to establish a network and work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships that enhance the sales process. Provide training and support to the sales staff, facilitate regular sales training for continuous team growth, and assist in closing deals while managing the productivity of the sales department. Maintain a clean driving record and submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. This role is open to previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers at Burlington Kia.
Required Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
