Job Summary
Assist in setting sales volume and gross objectives, oversee ongoing salesperson training, and manage marketing and advertising efforts. Greet, desk, present, and TO with transparency and integrity while maintaining positive working relationships with manufacturer and vendor partners. Work directly with sales staff and customers to make deals and keep accurate daily performance records. Provide a high level of customer service and help maintain an energetic, productive work environment. This role requires previous automotive experience, high-volume sales history, and hands-on sales floor work. Compensation estimates $160,000 to $200,000 with health insurance and 401(k).
