Job Summary
Guide and coach Sales Consultants through the sales process, appraise vehicles, and structure deals. Act as a second point of contact for clients while maintaining strict integrity and transparency in all business interactions. This leadership role requires a PA Vehicle Sales License, a driver's license with a clean record, and prior automotive sales experience. The position includes working evenings, Saturdays, and a designated day off, with a schedule that excludes Sundays. Compensation consists of salary plus commission, supported by benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
