Job Summary
Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant at Village Automotive Group in Danvers, MA. Greet customers and assess their needs to help them in their vehicle selection and buying process, present vehicle options, and demonstrate features through test drives. Maintain contact with customers to encourage repeat and referral business, follow up to generate leads, and close sales while meeting dealership goals. Handle administrative duties such as credit applications and transaction paperwork, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Requires 21+ years old, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to work Saturdays; strong communication, customer service, and tech skills are essential; bilingual is a plus. Required Qualifications
