Job Summary
Automotive Sales & Experience Specialist who blends hospitality with vehicle sales. Greet guests with enthusiasm, guide customers through the buying journey with integrity, create short product videos and social media content showcasing inventory and customer experiences, take celebratory delivery selfies, follow up with personalized communication to build long-term relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team on brand-aligned content. Must be a positive, energetic, camera-ready personality comfortable with smartphones and video tools, capable of working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment, and motivated to use all available tools to attract customers and sell new and used vehicles. Location is Fort Mill, SC with in-person work; compensation includes competitive pay, bonuses, and career advancement with ongoing training in sales, social media, and brand storytelling.
