Job Summary
Automotive Sales & Finance Manager responsible for arranging financing for customer purchases, structuring deals to maximize profitability, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and closing transactions. Role includes coaching sales staff, presenting and demonstrating vehicles, training personnel, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Compensation is draw plus percentage, full-time with some Saturdays, and includes PTO/holidays and competitive benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Previous dealership and management experience a plus
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
