Job Summary
Automotive Sales & Finance Manager opportunity at Ciocca Infiniti of Flemington. Drive profitability by structuring and funding vehicle deals, desk deals with lenders, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Lead and mentor sales staff, coach on closing methodologies, and deliver high-quality vehicle presentations to customers. Responsibilities include arranging financing, auditing post-Sale deals for improvements, expediting contract funding, and providing training and support to the sales team to close deals. Requires dealership finance/insurance knowledge, management experience, strong customer service, communication, math skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Previous dealership and management experience a plus
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
