Job Summary
Automotive Sales Finance Manager at Hertz Car Sales leads F&I activities by presenting financing options and products, building lender and insurance-source relationships, training Sales Consultants on F&I responses, processing finance paperwork, and achieving product penetration targets while delivering high customer satisfaction. Manages the sales department in the absence of the store manager, ensures compliance with legal standards, and supports overall vehicle ownership experiences. Base pay is $17/hr plus an anticipated average commission of $57,820, with overtime, holidays, and benefits available; requires a high school diploma and automotive/finance sales experience, along with a valid driver's license. Located in Stockton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Three years automotive or Finance Sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
