Job Summary
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability. Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals. Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines. Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements. Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts. Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Previous dealership and management experience a plus
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver7s license and clean driving record
