Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; drive results through effective sales and finance strategies; ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the buying process; structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards; maximize profitability on every transaction; support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed; collaborate with leadership to achieve store and regional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales/Finance Management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven with high energy and motivation
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes
- Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
- Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications are a strong plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
