Job Summary
As a Product Specialist for Faulkner Automotive Group, you will provide a friendly, professional experience by partnering with customers to find the best vehicle for them. Responsibilities include asking discovery questions, problem-solving, listening effectively, explaining vehicle features, and comparing vehicle benefits. The role combines customer service with sales training and uncapped commission potential; compensation includes a training salary plus performance-based earnings. Commitment to exceptional customer service and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to perform physical duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
