Job Summary
You will determine each customer's vehicle needs, demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories, lead customers through proven selling steps to close deals, deliver vehicles with clear explanations of product features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty, maintain customer information in CRM, and follow up to drive repeat/referral business. You will develop new business through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing, and maintain knowledge of pricing and specifications to provide informed comparisons. Qualifications include automotive sales experience preferred, CRM/digital tools proficiency, excellent communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, authorization to work in the USA, and a valid driver's license. Compensation features a bi-weekly salary plus monthly commission with growth opportunities into leadership roles.
Required Qualifications

- Technology proficient (CRM, digital retailing tools, texting, video, email follow-up)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
