Job Summary
Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicles, respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads, and demonstrate features to build long-term relationships. Follow up with prospects and work with management to develop repeat and referral business. No prior automotive sales experience required; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or customer service are valued. This role offers a five-day work week, salary plus commission, and paid training. Eligible employees and immediate family members may earn bachelor's or master's degrees through paid college education.
