Automotive Sales Consultant

Automotive Sales Consultant at Ed Napleton Automotive Group, located at River Oaks Honda. Responsibilities include assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering questions, helping customers select a vehicle, providing timely follow-up, explaining product performance and benefits, describing optional equipment, delivering vehicles and ensuring customers understand features, warranties, and paperwork, keeping up with inventory and features, and introducing customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
