Job Summary
Master product knowledge across new, pre-owned, and electrified inventories to become the authority on trim levels and technologies. Build lifelong client relationships through consultative approaches, active listening, and high-quality vehicle presentations. Resolve inquiries promptly via CRM tools, phone, and email while navigating objections with poise. Drive referral business by following up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases. Support teammates in achieving sales goals and report regularly to senior management on goals and performance. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays within a busy Automall environment.
Required Qualifications
- No automotive experience required — we provide top-tier Mazda training, plus continuous coaching and career-long support

- Ability to utilize all provided tools and resources to drive performance
