Job Summary
Assist customers entering the dealership by answering questions, helping them select vehicles, and explaining product performance, application, and benefits. Provide timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships, determine customer needs through active listening, and deliver vehicles while ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork. Keep abreast of incoming inventory and accessories, and introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight repair quality and efficiency. Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen
- 18+ years of age or older
