Job Summary
Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to vehicle delivery by presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned vehicles. Execute strategies to grow market share, build lasting customer relationships, and meet performance standards in sales volume, customer satisfaction, and product knowledge. Stay current on vehicle features, incentives, and industry trends while using CRM software to manage prospects and interactions. Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier required. Inexperienced candidates start with a $4,000/month salary while learning; experienced salespeople earn competitive commission-based pay.
Required Qualifications
