Job Summary
Automotive Sales Consultant responsible for building relationships, guiding customers through vehicle selection, and delivering a consultative ownership experience. Duties include demonstrations of vehicle features, managing showfloor and internet leads, diligent follow-up for referrals, overcoming objections, and reporting progress to the Sales Manager. Must be available to work evenings and weekends, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and car insurance, and a clean driving record. Previous sales experience and a professional, well-groomed appearance are required to succeed in this role.
