Explain vehicle features clearly, coordinate test drives, and guide guests through the buying process. Respond to phone and online inquiries while staying connected through timely follow-up. Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships, supported by daily coaching and paid training. No automotive experience is required; we teach the process while you bring warmth, integrity, and a desire to take great care of people.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong people skills and a professional demeanor
- Motivation to succeed and willingness to learn
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
