Job Summary
Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process by building relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting vehicle options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives while explaining features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits. Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally, then maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business using dealership CRM tools. Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology while collaborating with sales managers, finance, and service teams. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Top performers regularly earn up to $120K annually with an up to $5K sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in automotive sales
- Candidates with experience in commissioned sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, banking, or outside sales
