Job Summary
Automotive Sales Consultant at Capital CDJR of Indian Trail selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, guiding them through the full sales process from first contact to delivery, negotiating and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction, staying knowledgeable on vehicle features, incentives, and inventory, following up with leads and past clients to maximize opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Requires experience in automotive sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment, basic CRM and sales transaction management skills, and a valid driver’s license.
