Job Summary
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while guiding customers through the purchasing process from start to finish. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend the right vehicle. Maintain expert knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, including Genesis products, features, packages, and technology. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience
- A proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and strong personal integrity
